- Regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance service every 28 days.
- Technician on call service 7 days a week.
Our Dishwash Sales specialist will first perform a survey of your kitchen and dishwashing needs so that the proper dish machine and products are provided to meet your needs, reduce product usage, and reduce labor costs. The All-Brite Dishwash System uses the Energy Mizer Low Temperature dish machines. Dishwashing products used include:
Our Dishwash team also consists of service personnel who are highly trained and knowledgeable and utilize our service fleet, fully stocked with repair parts, allowing us to perform repairs at your site within a normal 24-hour response time.
Preventive Maintenance
Our Preventive Maintenance program is designed to keep your dishwash
equipment running to help minimize downtime. All main service
points are checked and serviced including:
- wash and rinse water temperatures
- dispensing pumps and timer motor
- chlorine and water hardness levels
- water pump motor
- all valves and seals
- wash & rinse arms
- door handles, drains, plunger, hoses
- de-liming of interior
- and many other checkpoints
