Express Shipments / Special InstructionsExpress shipping is available on most items with shipping charges on a case by case basis. Please request UPS Air; Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. Please give us a call at 904-354-4687 and we will promptly take care of your needs.
Shipping PolicyAll-Brite Sales ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.
- Your order is shipped via out trucks from the Jacksonville, Fl. location.
- UPS is used when delivery on our trucks is not possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to expedite your delivery.
- If you require inside delivery, please request when placing your order. All-Brite or UPS does not charge for this service. There may be a charge when using a truck line.
- Orders in by 9 AM are delivered the next business day. (In stock Items)
- Orders in by 11 AM are shipped same day (if requested) by a local courier service, UPS, or Common Carrier. Customer's can also come browse our show room for immediate order pick-up. Click here for the location of our office.
- Orders consisting of $50 or more of product qualifies for free delivery when shipped on our trucks. Any order less than $50 incurs a delivery fee of $10.
- Special order items will be drop shipped directly to customer plus freight charges.
- Back orders are shipped by our truck or by a local courier service, UPS, or Common Carrier.
All regular stock items can be returned with a possible restocking fee of 15%. Special order items can be returned with a restocking fee of 30%. Shipping in minimum order fees are non-refundable. Any item that is used or broken can not be returned. Please give us a call at 904-354-4687 to get information on returning of items.
PaymentsAll payments to be made in U.S. funds. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases picked up at our location or shipped to an address in the state of Florida. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide proof of your tax certificate.
PricesAll-Brite Sales strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
